👉 Sorry, no — because Jelly Shots are a fresh food product, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds. But if something’s wrong with your order, DM us and we’ll help sort it. 💌

Q: How is delivery handled?
👉 We drop straight to your dorms or home using a licensed courier with age checks on delivery — it’s the law in England. Just have your ID ready and you’re golden.
